Yay!!! Guess what?? Last night, when I came back from my dance class, my mum told me that her office mates are going to make the pom poms by themselves!!! I was overjoyed!!! Now I don't have so many things to do!! The only downside is that I don't get to get extra money for Christmas..oh well, life's short..gotta enjoy it while it last!! Not stuck doing pom poms!! Lol!! =)
So, 10 pom poms canceled off the list, back to making one graduation hat for my mum. Haih. But today when my mum came back from work, she was holding 2 square shaped cardboard boxes. She told me she found those 2, I was like..."Oh no...I have to make another hat for your friend??!!! She just said a short, simple answer: "Yes" I was like..what the hell man!!! I'd rather make 10 pom poms than 2 graduation hats!! Mind you, pom poms are damn easy to make, where else graduation hats take loads of time, and loads of patience to complete just ONE!!!! *heaves a long sigh*
Like I said earlier in my yesterday's post, I was thinking of making my mum's one today, but noooo, she called me in the morning and told me to make it tomorrow so she can see how I do it....!! I'm not an idiot, what she really means is "I tell you how to make it and you just follow my style of doing it". I quickly replied saying only if she promises to JUST WATCH me do it. However, she refused to promise.....see??!! I was right, then. After 15 years living with her, I can definitely tell what tricks and con games she's up to. Well, I'll just have to make the best of it tomorrow and have TONS of patience. Mind you, my mum is not an easy person to deal with!!!
Well, without doing the hat today, I spent my whole afternoon just playing Yoville on Facebook. It was quite interesting really, I met this guy who is from Israel and is a Jewish. We got on well at first, then we got into this argument about how Iran is going to start World War 3 with its nuclear weapons....sounds lame, right?? But this guy is like so negative!! He doesn't even have a clue about what he's talking about!! I had such a strong urge to tell him off...which i finally did after hearing all his crap!! Sounds mean, eh?? But seriously, if you heard the way he was talking, you would have lost your patience from the very beginning!! =D
I met loads of Egyptians and Lebanese people there. Finally, I met 2 Americans, one from Florida and another from California. They were very nice, and seem to be really fascinated about Malaysia when they asked me how it was here. When they first asked me where I was from, I said 'Malaysia', and they didn't even know where it was!! I don't blame them though, Malaysia is such a small country and not exactly well-known. But, when I told them it was on the north side of Singapore, then only they had a rough idea about Malaysia's whereabouts! Singapore is so much more smaller than Malaysia, but still, it is so much more well-known than Malaysia!!
I also got to watch 'Heroes' today!! Man, today's episode was so damn nice!!! I cant wait to see the next one!! I got a shock when I saw my mum recorded 'Reaper' as well, because it was supposed to be on Monday nights. Gabriel then told me that it has changed time, and now its before 'Heroes'. Oh well, at least I didn't miss this week's episode!!
Haih. Tomorrow have to get up early, have mandarin class first thing in the morning!! So sad la..now Gabriel finish his SPM, we both also going to have mandarin class a lot more just like Godwin has been having all this while. The only reason I always had whole day free was because Gabriel was having his SPM and so I can't have mandarin class, because we both have it together. Looks like those days are over...*sighs* Well, thats it for today!! Hope tomorrow will go well, my weekends, especially Saturdays ALWAYS go badly!!! =(
P.S. Thanks for the wish Afie!! And I have already done your tag, as you can see!!
